Overview

This was a multi-phased project. We began with remodeling and redesigning the original 1920s Spanish house. Next, we replaced the old detached garage with a versatile space for laundry, a family room, and storage. We also built a separate accessory building for a home office. All structures were designed with flexibility in mind, so they can adapt to the family’s evolving needs over time.
